1 box Jiffy yellow cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (soft)
1 can pineapple, well drained
1 lg. container Cool Whip

Prepare cake mix to directions and bake on cookie sheet (with sides). Let cool.

Prepare pudding to directions, then blend in cream cheese. Spread this on cake. Sprinkle pineapple on next and then spread on Cool Whip. Put nuts on last.
