4 (8 oz.) cream cheese 4 eggs 2 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla flavoring 1 tsp. lemon juice 16 oz. sour cream 8 oz. heavy cream or whipping cream Prepare graham cracker crust in 11 inch springform pan. Blend carefully all above ingredients in food processor. Pour into crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 70 minutes. Cool in warm oven 30 minutes. Garnish as desired. Store in refrigerator. |
