ENGLISH TRIFLE
 

Pound cake, sliced
Sherry, to taste
1 lg. can fruit cocktail or peaches or pears (or mixed)
1 lg. pkg. raspberry Jello
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding
Whipping cream & colored candy sprinkles

Thoroughly drain fruit. Boil juice and use instead of water to make Jello. Prepare vanilla pudding according to directions on package. Line bottom of large glass bowl with pound cake slices. Sprinkle sherry over cake slices. Cover cake with fruit. Cover fruit with Jello, allow to set. Cover Jello layer with vanilla pudding, allow to set. Decorate with whipping cream and candy sprinkles.
