CINDY'S SOFT PRETZELS
 

1 pkg. yeast
1 1/2 c. water
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Flour, enough to make a stiff dough

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add sugar and salt. Add flour and knead until smooth. Shape into pretzels and place on greased cookie sheet. Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with pretzel salt. Bake at 425 degrees for 20 minutes.
