BUTTERSCOTCH CRUNCH COOKIES
 

1 bag butterscotch morsels, melted on low heat
4 heaping tbsp. peanut butter
5 c. cornflakes

Melt butterscotch morsels on low heat. Stir in peanut butter. Add cornflake and stir until flakes are coated. Drop mixture onto wax paper with a teaspoon. Cool for 1/2 hour. Yield: 50 cookies.
