Purchase ready made crepes or make your own. 1/4 confectioner sugar 1/4 c. orange juice 1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice 1/4 c. orange liqueur (Grand Marnier)
In a chafing dish melt sweet butter. Add confectioners sugar. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Gently place the crepes, folded in quarters, into the sauce in the chafing dish and spoon the sauce over them. Sprinkle them with confectioners sugar and flame with a mixture of orange liqueur and brandy.
TO FLAME: Place the alcoholic beverage in a metal ladle and warm it before attempting to flame. When it is very warm, ignite the vapors above the ladle and pour over the crepes in the chafing dish. This burns off the alcohol and just leaves the flavors.
