BUTTERSCOTCH COOL WHIP DESSERT
 

1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. butter

Mix as for pie crust and press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 10-15 minutes at 350 degrees, cool completely. 1 c. powdered sugar

Mix together and add 1 cup Cool Whip. Then spread on cooled crust. 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. coconut cream pudding 3 c. milk

Cook puddings and milk until thick. Cool completely, then spread over cheese mixture. Spread 1 cup Cool Whip on pudding layer. Sprinkle toasted coconut on top. Keep refrigerated.
