1 c. boiling water 1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello 1 stick butter 2 c. graham cracker crumbs 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk 1/3 c. lemon juice 10 oz. strawberries Dissolve Jello in boiling water, add strawberries and chill. Melt butter nd mix with graham cracker crumbs. Press in 11 x 8 inch pan. Whip cheese, add milk, and lemon juice. Put cheese mixture on top of pressed graham crackers. Top with chilled strawberry mixture. Chill. |
