The paper cup can be your flower pot. Fill with ice cream. Sprinkle tops with chocolate sprinkles. Freeze several hours or until firm. Crumbed chocolate cookies may be used in place of sprinkles. With a skewer make a small hole on the center of ice cream and insert a lollipop and gumdrop leaves. Serve immediately.
