1 c. flour
1 c. chopped pecans
1 stick butter
2 tbsp. sugar
Mix and press dough into a greased 13 x 9 inch pan. Bake 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Watch carefully so it will not burn. Let cool. 1 c. powdered sugar
Mix together and spread over cooled crust. 3 c. milk 1/2 c. coconut
Mix instant pudding with milk and coconut. Beat well and spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with Cool Whip. May be made with any instant pudding and by omitting the coconut.
