36 Oreo cookies, crushed 2/3 c. butter, melted 1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream, softened 4 sqs. unsweetened chocolate 1 1/3 c. evaporated milk 2 tbsp. butter 1 c. sugar Mix Oreos and melted butter; press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Freeze. Spread 1/2 gallon softened ice cream over crust. Freeze. Cook chocolate, milk, butter, and sugar in double boiler for 15 minutes. Cool; spread on ice cream. Freeze. Top with whipped cream, if desired. |
