1 pkg. Sponge Fingers or Lady Fingers 1 (16 oz.) fruit cocktail 3 tbsp. sherry (or cooking sherry) optional 1 (3 oz.) raspberry Jello 1 pkg. vanilla pudding or 20 oz. of custard 1/2 pt. whipping cream Decorate with slivered almonds Line bottom and sides of 2 quart casserole dish with Sponge Fingers. Mix 2 tablespoons of juice of fruit cocktail with sherry; pour over Lady Fingers. Make Jello, add fruit cocktail. Put in dish, let it set before making pudding. When cold, add whipped (whipped) cream. Decorate. |
