1 pkg. (3 oz.) orange Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. grated orange rind (optional)
1/2 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. heavy cream
1 tbsp. sugar
Orange slices for garnish

Dissolve orange Jello in boiling water. Let set until consistency of egg whites.

Whip cream and sugar and fold into Jello. Chill at least 30 minutes. Very delicious even without orange rind.
