1 c flour 1 stick lite butter, melted 3 oz. chopped pecans Press into bottom of 9 x 9 inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Cool. 1ST LAYER: Mix: 5 env. Equal 8 oz. lite Cool Whip Spread on crust. 2ND LAYER: Mix: 2 sm. boxes sugar free pudding (1 chocolate, 1 vanilla - my favorite) Spread over 1st layer. 3RD LAYER: Spread 8 ounces lite Cool Whip on top. Sprinkle 3 ounces chopped pecans and cool overnight. |
