FRIED ICE CREAM
 

Real ice cream
Eggs
Cinnamon
Frosted flakes
Milk
Vanilla

Scoop out desired number of ice cream ball and refreeze for several hours. Pack ice cream very tightly.

Mix in small bowl eggs, milk, cinnamon and vanilla. Enough to coat ice cream balls. Crunch up frosted flakes and add generous amount of cinnamon. Roll coated ice cream balls in this topping, then refreeze several hours. Repeat steps 1 and 2.

When you are ready to serve dessert - heat pot of oil until a frosted flake will be immediately fried when dropping in oil. Then place ice cream balls into oil one at a time and cook approximately 10-15 seconds until brown. Be careful not to let melt. Serve warm, may top with whip cream. Or may fry ice cream ahead of time and serve cold.
