Makes two (9 inch) cheesecakes.

2 tbsp. Grand Marnier, other orange liqueur or orange juice
8 lg. eggs
2 c. sour cream
3/4 c. plus
2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
4 tbsp. grated
lemon peel
2 1/2 pt. baskets raspberries
2 1/2 pt. baskets blackberries
1/2 c. apricot preserves
3 tbsp. water
