1 (5 to 7 1/2 lb.) pumpkin 8 slices bread, lightly toasted and cubed 1 c. raisins 1 c. packed brown sugar 1 c. melted butter 1 c. evaporated milk 1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple 1 c. walnuts 1 c. apple 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. cloves Cut top from pumpkin and discard seeds. Combine other ingredients in bowl. Mix well. Spoon into pumpkin. Replace top. Place on baking sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 hours. |
