16 oz. pkg. soft cream cheese 3/4 c. sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1 can pie filling, cherry works best 24 vanilla wafers 24 cupcake tins Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs and vanilla and beat well. Put a vanilla wafer on the bottom of a cupcake tin, add 1 spoonful of cream cheese mixture. Bake 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Cool and top with pie filling. |
