2 c. flour 4 tbsp. sugar 2 sticks butter FILLING: 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened 1 c. powdered sugar 1 pkg. Dream Whip or 8 oz. Cool Whip TOPPING: 1 can pie filling (blueberry or cherry) Crust: Mix as for pie crust until crumbly. Press in cookie sheet or sheet cake pan. Bake 18 minutes (or until light brown) at 350 degrees. Cool. Filling: Mix soft cream cheese and powdered sugar with beater. Add whipped topping (prepared as on package) and blend. Spread on cooled crust. Chill slightly. Drizzle on pie filling. Refrigerate. Cut into squares. |
