1 pkg. yellow cake mix (Betty Crocker)
1 can applesauce
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. apple juice
3 tbsp. orange peel, cut fine
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. rum flavoring

Prepare cake mix according to directions, substituting applesauce for liquid called for. Spoon batter into 10 well greased paper hot drink cups. Place on baking sheet and bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until done.

Meanwhile combine sugar, apple juice, orange peel and lemon juice in small pan. Cook and stir over low heat for 7 minutes. Remove from heat and stir in rum flavoring. Cook Babas 5 minutes. Tip out of cups and drizzle sauce over each. Can be made in cake form also.
