1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 sm. pkg. Royal instant lemon pudding 1 3/4 c. cold milk 6 sponge cake dessert shells In small bowl with electric mixer, beat cream cheese until smooth. Add pudding and milk. Beat 2 minutes at medium speed until smooth and creamy, scraping down occasionally. Chill 5 minutes. Spoon mixture into dessert shells. Chill until ready to serve. |
