CHERRY CHEESE TARTS
 

8 oz. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 pkg. graham cracker tart shells
1 egg yolk
2 tsp. vanilla
1 sm. can cherry pie filling

In small mixing bowl, heat cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar, vanilla and lemon juice until smooth. Spoon mixture into tart shells and top with pie filling. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 6.
