1 peach, sliced 1 c. cantaloupe pieces 1/2 c. blueberries 1 tbsp. lime juice 1/2 c. plain low fat yogurt 1 tbsp. honey Combine fruit and melon in a bowl. Chill at least 1 hour. Blend honey, lime juice and yogurt. Serve chilled fruit in individual dessert cups topped with the yogurt sauce. Garnish with fresh mint leaves if you wish. |
