KIWI - STRAWBERRY FLAN
 

1 (9 oz.) pkg. white or yellow cake mix
1 egg
1 (3 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 c. milk
1 c. light cream
2 kiwi fruit
1 pt. fresh strawberries

To make shell, prepare cake mix according to package directions and pour batter into flan pan that has been sprayed with Pam. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Using milk and cream, prepare pudding according to package directions. Pour into cooled flan shell. Top with kiwi fruit. Chill until firm. Just prior to serving, top kiwi with strawberries. Garnish with small amount of whipped cream.
