Cream together 2 tbsp. soy butter, 2/3 cup sifted non instant powdered soy milk. Add the following in order: 1/3 cup toasted carob powder, 1/4 cup maple syrup (put maple syrup in saucepan with 1/8 cup water on medium flame, stirring constantly until it starts to thicken), 4 tbsp. soy milk, 1 tsp. vanilla, 1/2 tsp. almond extract.
Beat until smooth and spread on cake or brownies.
