6 oz. Keebler graham cracker ready crust 2 (8 oz.) pkgs. Philadelphia cream cheese 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs, separated 1 (21 oz.) can Comstock Red Ruby cherry pie filling Combine softened cream cheese, sugar, juice, and vanilla; mix with electric mixer until well blended. Add egg yolks; mix well again. Beat egg whites until stiff in separate bowl. Fold egg whites into cream cheese mixture. Pour all into ready crust. Bake 55 minutes at 300 degrees. When cheesecake is cool, top with cherries and refrigerate. Yum! Yum! Yum! |
