1 pkg. vanilla pudding, instant sugar free9 (2 1/2") graham crackers 1 c. banana, chopped 1 c. crushed pineapple 1 c. strawberries (I use frozen) 1 c. lite whipped topping In 8 x 8 dish arrange crackers to cover bottom. Prepare pudding and pour over crackers. Layer bananas, pineapple and strawberries on top of pudding. Top with whipped topping. Delicious! Few calories! |
