1 sm. pkg. strawberry jello
1 c. boiling water
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. jar marshmallow fluff
1 (10 or 16 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries with juice (thawed)
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
In medium saucepan combine small package jello and boiling water. Add cream cheese and the marshmallow fluff. Beat with mixer and dump into large bowl. Add the strawberries. Add Cool Whip.
Pour into large size jello mold (for example - the ring mold). Put into freezer. Take out 15 minutes before serving. A great recipe to make a couple of days before needed.
