PAVLOVA (NEW ZEALAND'S NATIONAL
DESSERT)
 

3 egg whites
3 tbsp. cold water
1 c. castor sugar
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla essence
3 tsp. corn flour

Beat egg whites until stiff. Add cold water and beat again. Add castor sugar very gradually while still beating. Slow beater and add vinegar, vanilla and corn flour. Place on greased paper on greased tray and bake at 300 degrees for 45 minutes.

Then leave to cool. Serve with whipped cream, kiwi, strawberries, pineapple, and blueberries.
