SWEDISH DESSERT PANCAKES
 

3 eggs
1 1/4 c. milk
3/4 c. flour
1 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt

Beat the eggs until thick and lemon-colored. Stir in milk. Add dry ingredients to egg mixture mixing well until smooth. Pour an amount into frying pan and tilt pan so mixture runs around and gets thin. Turn once and it's done. You can add ham, or diced bacon.
