RED, WHITE AND BLUE JELLO MOLD
 

1 pkg. strawberry Jello
1 pkg. thawed frozen strawberries
1 pkg. Knox gelatin
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. sweet cream
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
2 pkg. lemon Jello
1 can blueberries with syrup

Prepare strawberry Jello with 1 cup boiling water and strawberries. Chill for 1 hour. Dissolve gelatin with 1/2 cup cold water. Scald sugar and whipped sweet cream. Add gelatin mixture and cool for 1/2 hour. Add sour cream and vanilla. Beat until smooth. Add to chilled red layer. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Dissolve lemon Jello into 2 cups hot water. Add blueberries with syrup. Mix and add to red and white chilled layers. Chill. Unmold.
