CRUST: 1 stick butter, softened 1 c. chopped walnuts 1 c. flour Mash together with fork and press into 9 x 13 inch cake pan and bake for 15 minutes at 375 degrees. FIRST LAYER: 8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese 1 c. powdered sugar Mix together and fold in 8 oz. Cool Whip SECOND LAYER: 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 2 1/2 c. milk Mix well and pour over first layer. THIRD LAYER: 8 oz. Cool Whip Top with grated chocolate bar or chopped M & M's. |
