RHUBARB STRAWBERRY ROLLS
 

3 c. rhubarb, diced
1 pkg. frozen strawberries, thawed
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. milk
2 tbsp. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
Dash of salt

Mix rhubarb, strawberries and cup of sugar in an 8x10 inch pan. Sift together flour, remaining sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in butter. Add milk and knead for several minutes. Roll out and dot with butter. Roll up the sheet of dough and slice. Place slices on fruit mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
