CRUST: Preheat oven to 325 F. crush graham crackers in blender. Pour into a pan and mix in melted butter and cocoa mix.
Pat the crust down on the sides and bottom of the pie pan. Cook for 5 min at 325.
FILLING: Mix the ice cream, fudge, pudding, chocolate chips, marshmallows and milk together, and pour into the crust.
Place in freezer for 30 min. then move to fridge for 20 min. Then enjoy!.
