QUICK CHOCOLATE MOUSSE
 

1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
2 eggs
2 to 3 tbsp. hot, strong coffee
3 tbsp. rum or orange liqueur
3/4 c. boiling milk

Put everything in the blender and blend at high speed for 2 minutes. Pour into 4 individual ramekins. Chill for 8 hours or overnight.
