3 to 4 lb. pork roast Salt & pepper 1 c. cranberries, finely chopped 1/4 c. honey 1 tsp. grated orange peel 1/8 tsp. ground cloves 1/8 tsp. ground nutmeg Sprinkle roast with salt and pepper. Place in slow cooking crockpot. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over roast. Cover. Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours. Makes 6 to 8 servings. |
