3 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 c. cold water
Food coloring, all colors
Soap flakes or liquid dish detergent
Med. sized saucepan
Muffin tin or 4-5 sm. cups
Freezer paper, shiny side
Paint smocks

Mix sugar and cornstarch in saucepan over low heat. Add cold water and stir until mixture is thick. Remove form heat; divide into 4-5 sections, add a different drop of coloring into each dish. Add a pinch of soap, stir, and let coo. Paint away.
