CRUST: 1 (16 oz.) pound cake mix 3 eggs 2 tbsp. butter, melted 4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice FILLING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand milk 1 (16 oz.) can Libby's solid pack pumpkin 1/2 tsp. salt Beat crust ingredients until crumbly. Press in bottom of 10"x15" pan. Mix all remaining ingredients until fluffy. Pour over unbaked crust. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Chill, cut into bars, store in refrigerator. |
