ANGEL LEMON BARS
 

CAKE:

1 can lemon pie filling
1 pkg. 1 step angel food cake mix

FROSTING:

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
6 tbsp. butter, softened
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tbsp. milk
3 c. powdered sugar

Mix together pie filling and dry cake mix with a spoon. Spread on greased jelly roll pan or cookie sheet (approximately 15x10 inch). Bake at 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool.

Beat together frosting ingredients until smooth and creamy. Spread over cooled cake. Cut into bars. Store in refrigerator.
