Lightly butter 9 x 13 inch pan. Place one layer of whole Club crackers in pan. Melt butter in microwave, add white sugar, brown sugar, graham crackers, and milk. Cook 5 minutes on high, stirring 2- 3 times. Pour over layer of crackers and spread. Add another layer of crackers.
Combine peanut butter, chocolate chips, and peanut butter chips. Melt in microwave about 2 minutes on high. When melted, stir and pour over crackers. Sprinkle with nuts if desired. May also use butterscotch chips instead of peanut butter chips. Cool before cutting into bars. Taste like TWIX® candy bars.
