1 c. flour
1/2 c. quick oats
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. melted butter
1 c. pumpkin
3/4 c. undiluted can milk
1 egg (beaten)
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. allspice
Combine flour, oats, brown sugar, nuts and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. Add butter and mix until crumbly. Press in bottom of 13x9 pan. Bake 350 degrees, 20-25 minutes. Remove from oven. Reduce temperature to 325.
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over crust. Bake in 325 degree oven 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
