1 pkg. Jiffy oatmeal muffin mix 1/4 c. butter, softened Mix together muffin mix and butter until crumbly. Press into greased 9 inch pie pan (reserve 2 tablespoons of crumb mixture to sprinkle on top of filling). Bake at 375 degrees for 7 to 10 minutes. FILLING: 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1 env. Dream Whip, mix according to pkg. directions 1 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. lemon juice Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until well blended. Fold in whipped Dream Whip. Pour into cooled crumb shell. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs. Chill to serve. Makes 1 (9 inch) pie. |
