1 pkg. Jiffy chocolate cake mix
1 pkg. fudge instant pudding mix
1/2 c. cold water
1/2 c. oil
2 eggs
1/3 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp cocoa
1 c. chocolate chips
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix cake mix, pudding mix, water, oil and eggs. Spread in greased 9"x13" pan. Mix sugar, cinnamon and cocoa. Sprinkle over batter. Sprinkle nuts and chips over batter. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15 to 20 minutes until done.
