PUMPKIN BARS
 

1 c. oil
2 c. pumpkin
3 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. cinnamon

Blend in large mixing bowl either with mixer or by hand. Pour into a greased and floured 10 x 15 inch cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

Frosting: 8 ounces softened cream cheese with 1 teaspoon vanilla, 2 cups powdered sugar, and 1 stick less a tablespoon melted butter. Mix and spread on cooled bars. Keep refrigerated.
