2 packets graham crackers 1 can sweetened condensed milk Juice of 2 lemons Rind of lemon 1 c. flaked coconut 1 c. powdered sugar 2 tbsp. butter 2-3 tbsp. milk 1/2 c. crushed nuts Cover bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. In a bowl mix together condensed milk, lemon juice, rind and coconut. Spread over crackers. Combine powdered sugar, butter and milk. Spread as a frosting. Sprinkle a topping of walnuts on top. Refrigerate overnight. |
