1 c. butter, softened 3/4 c. sugar 3/4 c. lightly packed brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 2 1/4 c. unsifted all purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 2 c. chocolate chips (12 oz.) 1 c. sweetened coconut Cream butter, sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla until light and fluffy. Add eggs; beat well. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt; gradually into creamed mixture. Stir in chips and nuts. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto cookie sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes or until lightly brown. Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet. 6 dozen cookies. |
