MELT: 1/2 c. cocoa 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. salt MIX TOGETHER: 2 eggs, beaten 1 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 2/3 c. flour Add cocoa mixture to flour mixture. Spread in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan and bake for 20 minutes at 300 degrees. Remove and cover with miniature marshmallows. Return to oven until soft, but not melted. Cool. FROSTING: 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. water 2 tbsp. cocoa or 1 chocolate square 3 tbsp. butter Boil for 3 minutes. After cool add 1 teaspoon of vanilla and enough powdered sugar to spread easily. Frost bars when they have cooled. |
