3/4 c. butter 4 tsp. cocoa 2 1/2 c. powdered sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 egg, beaten 1/2 c. nuts, chopped 1 c. coconut 2 c. graham crackers, crushed 2 tbsp. vanilla pudding mix, dry 3 tbsp. evaporated milk 7 oz. Hershey bar FIRST LAYER: Melt 1/2 cup butter, mix in cocoa, then add 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon vanilla and slightly beaten egg, set aside. Mix nuts, coconut, graham crackers and add these 2 mixtures together. Mix and place in bottom of 9x13 inch pan. SECOND LAYER: Melt 1/4 cup butter, add evaporated milk and vanilla. Then add powdered vanilla pudding, cook 1 minute, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add 2 cups powdered sugar. Spread over graham cracker layer. Melt Hershey bar and spread over all. Cut into small bars for serving. Chill, if desired. |
