1/2 lb. very soft butter 1 c. sugar 1 c. grated almond paste 1 egg, beaten 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. baking soda Pinch of salt Cream butter and sugar well. Add remaining ingredients. Form batter into small balls, press down with floured fork on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 9-10 minutes at 350 degrees. |
