While brownies cool, make filling: 1/2 c. butter 2 tbsp. milk 1/2 tsp. peppermint extract Green food coloring
Spread over cooled brownies, then drizzle with 1/4 cup chocolate chips and 1 1/2 tbsp. butter melted in saucepan.
